Return & Quality Guarantee
At McMillan Company, every piece is a work of American craftsmanship. Because our furniture is handcrafted and often built to specific configurations, we maintain a strict return policy centered on quality and structural integrity.
1. 7-Day Inspection & Return Window
We provide a 7-day window from the date of delivery to report any issues.
Eligibility: Returns are strictly limited to instances of documented manufacturing defects or craftsmanship failure (e.g., mechanical failure of the sliding top or structural wood defects).
Deadline: All return requests must be submitted in writing to Info@GunTables.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. After 7 days, all sales are considered final and the craftsmanship is deemed accepted.
2. Return Shipping & Liability
If a return is authorized:
Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging/crating. Any damage sustained during return shipping due to poor packaging will be the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking: We require the use of a trackable shipping service with insurance for the full value of the table.
3. Exclusions
Please note that "Buyer’s Remorse" or "Change of Mind" returns are not accepted. Our products use natural hardwoods; therefore, unique variations in grain patterns, knots, and wood tone are characteristic of handcrafted furniture and are not considered defects.
4. Refund Process
Once the item is received and inspected to confirm the craftsmanship defect, your refund will be processed (minus original shipping costs) to your original method of payment.
