1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from www.guntables.com (the "Site"), operated by McMillan Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from using this site or purchasing our products.

2. Handcrafted Nature of Products

All products are handcrafted. You acknowledge that:

  • Natural wood contains variations in grain, color, and texture. These are not defects but signs of authenticity.

  • Dimensions may vary slightly (within a 1/2-inch margin) due to the nature of custom woodwork.

  • Mechanical components (slides, magnetic locks) require basic maintenance and care to ensure longevity.

3. Firearm Safety & Disclaimer 

McMillan Company produces concealment furniture, not a fire-rated or high-security gun safe.

  • Assumption of Risk: The purchaser assumes all responsibility and risk for the storage of firearms or weapons in our products.

  • Not a Safe: Our tables are designed for concealment and rapid access. They may not prevent theft or unauthorized access by persistent individuals or children.

  • Safe Storage Laws: You are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm storage. McMillan Company is not liable for any legal violations, accidents, injuries, or deaths resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Accessibility: It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that magnetic keys or RFID access points are kept out of reach of unauthorized users, including minors.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall McMillan Company, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  1. The use or inability to use the product.

  2. Unauthorized access to the concealment compartment.

  3. Accidental discharge of a firearm stored within the furniture.

  4. Damage to floors, rugs, or property caused by moving or placing the furniture.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is strictly limited to a 7-day inspection window for manufacturing defects only. As stated in our [Return Policy], the customer is liable for all return shipping costs and must return the item in its original condition and packaging.

6. Shipping & Delivery

McMillan Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or labor strikes. Once the product leaves our workshop, the risk of loss passes to the customer. We strongly recommend inspecting the crate for damage before signing for delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and copy on www.guntables.com are the intellectual property of McMillan Company. Unauthorized use of our "Auto-Opening" design or branding for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, FL.
